The vertical check valve is also called the reverse stop valve, which is used to prevent the flow of media in the pipeline. The opening and closing parts are turned on or off by the flow and power of the medium. It belongs to the automatic valve type which are mainly used in the unidirectional flow of the medium, only allow the media to flow in one direction to prevent accidents.
This product is formed by forging. The body has no sand eye, crack, no damage, overall delicate and beautiful.
Our vertical spring loaded check valve has two configurations: one is all-copper baffle and another is plastic baffle which can be freely chosen by customers.

In the processing of threads, we strictly require the effective length of the thread, the number of threads is the most of the same products. The thread is clear and the scale is accurate so that all kinds of pipe connections can be better applied to ensure the sealing.
In the structure of baffle, we adopt the stainless steel spring check way, because of the low back pressure. We select the reasonable elastic spring to reach effective seal under the force of spring.
On the selection of seals, we choose the wear-resisting sealing ring. In cooperation, we strengthen the roughness inside the valve body and reduce the wear of the sealing ring, so that the sealing pad has a longer service life.
The overall opening and closing time is fast and effective. The valve body is symmetrical, marked clearly, and can withstand the pressure from the pipe better.
