Then the workers would check it one by one if any small air ports or sand holes could be found out, it would be returned to last process for re-production. It is enable to select the qualified ones before chrome plated. It is made with 40mm ceramic cartridge inside, while designing with a round and cubic platform. It is larger than those 35mm cartridge basin mixer, which is fitting with some large sized basin very well. The main shape of the body is cylinder which is well received by most customers. The complete appearance is reflecting the mixing of various modern elements.

The slope body is also enabling much space for the installation of lifting-lever pop up than vertical style of mixer. The centre distance from body to the water outlet is 104.60 mm, which is leaving more room from the faucet and basin. The knitted hoses are standard accessories for laundry basin mixer, while there would be more options for end users. Normally we may suggest applying with stainless steel knitted hoses with EPDM inner pipes, which are stronger and without any smells of the inner pipes for laundry basin mixer. While there is also very economic replacement knitted hoses with Aluminum knitted hoses with NBR inner pipe, which is not as good as the recommended hose at all, but it could be a choice when the end user’s budget is limited for the decoration of the bathroom.
