The seal test is strictly executed as per the standard of GB/T13927-1992. All the products must be inspected to be qualified by the press at the proportion of 100%. And all delivered products are closed the air. It will be convenient to check the sealing function before the use.

To install the ball valve must be done by professional technician with qualification. The two end lines shall not be too misaligned. Otherwise, there will be excessive pipe installation stress, resulting in failure and damage. The accuracy and effective length of the thread must be strictly executed as per the standard of ISO228.

When installing, please pay attention to avoid valve deformation, and polytetrafluoroethylene raw material or threaded seal glue must be used to strengthen the sealing.
